As such, we do not solicit, raise, pool, or administer third-party funds, nor do we structure, distribute, or place financial instruments. We are not involved in financing projects or companies and do not conduct Public Offerings of securities in any jurisdiction. Our scope is strictly limited to financial education, market analysis, and strategic advisory functions of a non-intermediary nature. All activities are conducted solely for educational and informational purposes and should not be considered investment advice, a promotion of securities, or portfolio management.
